Noosa Barbell Club is an integral part of the Crossfit 4566 community is the addition of the Barbell Club in the last year. Barbell Club allows new and existing members the opportunity to further augment their lifting experience in a supervised environment.

Barbell Club offers both Olympic and Powerlifting styles with Coach Woogie Marsh providing comprehensive programming to assist members to focus on form, strength and improve weakness.

Olympic Lifting comprises the two competition lifts of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk and is open to both intermediate and advanced lifters with a minimum of 6 months Crossfit or equivalent experience. Powerlifting focuses on the 3 Competition lifts; Deadlift , Bench Press and Squat and is open to all levels members.
